Hi Gary. Love your newsletter. I want to know, when you’re looking for a home and find one you really like, how long do you think it’s OK to think about it before making an offer.
***ANSWER:
He who hesitates is lost. Even in today’s market, if a home is attractive &/or attractively priced, someone else may have seen it yesterday and is planning to make an offer today.
I’ve seen too many good people wait even just one hour too long and lose their dream home or end up paying thousands of dollars more because another offer came in and they had to pay more to beat it.
I sum it up this way:
“Take as long as you need, but as little as you must.”
