Here are 5 ways:

Price-
Agents show homes they can sell. Price yours near market value, otherwise agents are less likely to show it.

Commission / Incentives-
Agents are putting bread on their table. Offer them a higher commission or other incentive and you’ll get more attention.

Condition-
Agents like showing beautiful homes over ugly ones. It’s only natural.

Access-
With all the homes for sale right now, you must make yours easy to show. Why? If an agent has 20 homes she can show, but only time for five, do you think she’ll show the difficult “no-lockbox, appointment-only, limited-hours, call-agent-to-arrange” ones or the “show-anytime, call-first, use-lockbox” ones?

Good Agent-
Agents like to work with good competent full-service agents. They avoid homes where they have to do the other agent’s work (more work for the same pay) or where their escrows are likely to fall through (more work and NO pay).
